Possibilities of the software tools to analyze states of the processes and systems, implemented the methodic of selforganizing Kohonen’s maps, are considered. Developed «Control & Diagnostics System» software is directed to diagnostics of contingencies and error events, that occur in the equipment work process. On the base of it the research of the turbo compressor gas-dynamic instability under data of the gas-turbine block test was carried out.
